Shipping & Delivery Policy

Books ship from Vagamon, Kerala within 3 working days of payment and usually arrive in 5 to 10 working days within India.

Delivery times

• Printed books, within India: dispatched in 1–3 working days by India Post (Speed Post or Registered Post). Delivery in 5–10 working days. Charges are shown at checkout.

• Printed books, outside India: on request. Email us for cost and time before ordering. Customs duties are paid by the buyer.

• Online courses: access by email and in your account within 24 hours of payment, usually at once.

• Event registrations: confirmation and joining details by email within 24 hours.

• Digital publications: download link by email at purchase.

Good to know

• You receive a tracking number by email once the parcel ships.

• Out-of-stock items are not charged. If one is charged in error, we refund it in full within 7 working days.

• If a parcel is lost or not delivered within 15 working days of dispatch, tell us. We will trace it and re-send or refund in full.

• Check the parcel on arrival and report damage within 7 days, as set out in our Refund Policy.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by a wrong address, or by events beyond our control such as floods, strikes or postal disruption.
