AIAS teaching is academic and scholarly. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

  • Academic purpose. Courses on Kashmir Śaivism, Tantra, Yoga, Indian Psychology and related traditions are offered for study and research. Views of faculty and guest speakers are their own.

  • Practices. Any yoga, meditation or ritual practice discussed is undertaken at your own discretion. Consult a qualified professional if you have a health condition.

  • Recognition. AIAS is recognised as an IKS Research Centre by the Indian Knowledge Systems Division, AICTE, Ministry of Education, Government of India (F.No.2-48/IKS Research Center/2023-24/165). This does not make AIAS a university, and its certificates are not degrees unless a programme states otherwise.

  • Accuracy. We try to keep information on the site correct and current, but it may contain errors. The course dates and fees shown on the course page at the time of enrolment apply.
